I had a great stay at this hotel during my business trip! The location is super convenient, with downtown just a short walk away. The room was clean and spacious, and the strong WiFi made it easy to get my work done. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which had delicious options to kickstart my day!
On the downside, the air conditioning seemed limited to the room, which made the common areas a bit uncomfortable on hot days. The breakfast area was rather cramped too, and some items could use more variety. It would’ve been nice to have clearer info about parking availability before I arrived, but overall, my experience was pretty solid!

During my Easter weekend stay, I enjoyed the scrumptious breakfast served at the hotel and the helpful staff members were a treat. The location was perfect for my holiday plans, with easy accessibility to nearby attractions. Another advantage was the lovely view from my room which added that extra something special to my stay.
After paying B$ 300 as rent for the conference room, we were promised an invoice which we never received. The management was uncooperative and did not provide us with an invoice for our stay either, leaving a negative impression on an otherwise pleasant holiday experience.

We enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel, which had a good variety of food. some staff members were helpful. the hotel is in a convenient location, close to some key attractions.
We reserved a conference room for a meeting and paid for it, but the hotel did not provide the promised invoice for the payment. They said they would send it by email, but they never did.

The location of the hotel was fairly decent with a good breakfast and some helpful staff members. the room was okay with basic facilities available. the bathroom was clean with hot water available.
The unprofessional behavior of the staff regarding issuing an invoice for the payment made for the conference room was disappointing. Despite multiple requests, they failed to provide it.
